At Luxem Marketing, client satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital marketing services, we adhere to the following policy:
Cancellation
- Monthly service subscriptions can be canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Project-based services may be canceled before execution begins, with a partial refund depending on the work completed.
Returns
Since our services are intangible and customized, returns are not applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if service is canceled before significant work begins.
- No refunds are issued for completed work or ongoing service cycles already rendered.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
